Payments may to be sent by etransfer to: daretolovesportsclub@yahoo.com. Please cite your child's registered first and last name, date of birth and location of registration.
We look forward to continuing this fun, faithful and family-oriented journey on the basketball courts with you and your family.
Our 2024 programs will be a combination of league, skills and basketball IQ development. Each gym location that has more than one gym will start with players skills, drills, and positioning, followed by a game. The first half of the game will apply what they were taught. At the extended half-time, coaches will have 5-10 minutes to teach the players how to improve from the first half. Each night starts and ends with pep talks and prayers.
The regular cost per player is $200 per 8-week session (includes a league). It is FREE for new players. Space is limited. Sponsored by God.

Conditions of FREE Sponsored Season
Your sponsorship requires your child's commitment to attend all 8 sessions. If your child is absent without notice, your child's sponsorship becomes void to allow another child who is on our waitlist to participate. The same will apply if your child is absent with notice after 2 absences or 3 times being late. (Some exceptions will apply). Your child will have the opportunity to register again for next season.
Spring Programs
Program 1 - FAITH over fear FUNDamentals
This is the 8 session program (over 7-9 weeks depending on the location). This program focuses on skills development sessions followed by a basketball game or a "gamified exercise" which promotes skills development (ie. basketball octopus). It is free for new players. For returning players, the fee is only $49 including tax (regularly $200 plus tax).
Program 2 - FAITH over fear YDBL (Youth Development Basketball League)
This is a 10-12 session program (over 8-10 weeks). This program includes FUNdamentals skills development plus league games. For new and returning players, the fee is only $79 including tax (regularly $300 plus tax).
How this works
Your child will continue to practice on their regular day and will have scheduled double-header games on a different day. For example: John and sister Jane are 9 and 10 years old (Sparks) had been participating every Tuesdays at St. Augustine. They join the Spring YDBL program. Starting on Tuesday, Mar. 19, they will start with orientation and work on skills development and basketball IQ to prepare them for games.
Schedule
Week 1 - Practice and Orientation - Tuesday, March 19 (Note: some teams may have their first game in Week 1)
Week 2 - No gyms are available during Holy Week (Mar. 25-29)
Week 3 - Practice and Game - Tuesday is practice, Wednesday is double-header game day at OLMC (Our Lady of Mount Carmel)
Week 4 - Practice only- Tuesday, April 9
Week 5 - Practice and double-header game day (Tues., April 16 and games likely on Wednesday, April 17)
Week 6 - Practice only- Tuesday, April 23
Week 7 - Practice and double-header game day (Tues., April 30, games likely on Wednesday, May 1)
Week 8 - Practice only (Tues., May 7)
Week 9 - Practice and Playoffs (Tues., May 14, games likely on Wed., May 15).
Week 10 - Practice and Playoffs (Tues., May 21 and Wed., May 22 - if the team makes the second round of playoffs).
Week 11 - Make-up day. Should an unexpected event occur and disrupts our schedule, we can push the schedule back a week.
